CARE & MAINTENANCE
To maintain the integrity of the Revo mirror and polarized film:
- Rinse After Saltwater: Always rinse with fresh water after offshore use to remove salt crystals that can cause micro-scratches.
- Cleaning: Use only the provided microfiber pouch or a dedicated lens cloth. Avoid paper towels or clothing fabrics.
- Storage: When not in use, store in the APEX hard case to prevent frame distortion in high-heat environments (like boat consoles).

Are these lenses polarized?
Yes. Every pair in the APEX series features advanced Polarized Polycarbonate (PC) lenses. These are specifically engineered to eliminate 99.9% of horizontal surface glare, giving you "X-ray vision" to see through the water’s reflection and spot fish or structure with total clarity.
What color lens is the "APEX Blue Ice" best for?
The Blue Ice tint features a neutral grey base with a high-performance Ice Blue Revo mirror. How does the "Side Shield" technology help me fish?
Standard sunglasses let light leak in from the sides, causing internal lens reflections and eye strain. The APEX is built with integrated side shields and a bridge blocker to create a total light seal. Does the bridge blocker actually make a difference?
Absolutely. Most fishing glasses fail because light "leaks" through the gap between your eyes, causing glare on the inside of the lens. The APEX is designed with an integrated bridge blocker that works alongside the side shields to create a total seal. This maximizes the power of the polarization by ensuring the only light reaching your eyes is the light passing through our high-contrast filters.
Can the side shields and bridge blocker be removed?
Yes. The APEX features a Modular Design that gives you the best of both worlds. For high-glare fishing sessions, keep the side shields and bridge blocker attached to create a total light blockade. If you want a more casual look for driving or off-the-water wear, both the shields and the blocker can be easily removed, transforming your performance optics into a sleek, everyday lifestyle frame.

I just received mine a few days ago and all I can say is, WOW… they are surprisingly comfortable and have a snug fit. The lenses have a red/orange tint which I’m a big fan of while I’m fishing. Highly recommend.

Purchased APEX Sunglasses. The glasses themselves are great they are perfect for being out in the water, they feel good and a very comfortable. The only downside is they have a plastic smell to them that hasn't gone away after wearing them for about a week or so. It could be the blinders or the frame itself not sure.
Hi mate, this is the first i've heard about this. I've personally not had this issue, however i do believe you! As soon as i read this i went to the factory and asked them directly about this! SO apparently they said, it's not likely the sunglassed themselves as they are cured, they believe it is coming from the actual hard case! So even if it's just this once, i have told them we need to 100% change to a new case - I'm fully with with you, nothing worse then plastic smells! So i suggest either washing the case or leaving it outside for a few days, and even putting the sunglasses aside for a few days (not in the sun) as it is probably holding some residue contact. IF by chance it is not the case, and the actual sunglasses, I have also mentioned to them that this can never happen ever again. Any ways appreciate the honesty, this is what makes products better and customers happier! Much apprecaited. Respectfully, Cavy
